The role of FULCRUM
- End-to-end process workshops in which processes are sharpened and key figures are coordinated across departments
- Review of existing KPIs with regard to balance, hierarchies and dependencies using renowned KPI models (e.g. SCOR, EVA, ROCE, BSC)
- Definition of lean and efficient reporting processes
- Development of target and traffic light values for the selected KPIs (including benchmarking from the industry if necessary)
